How We Ship

Ondine ships all orders from our fulfillment center using trusted carrier partners. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

International Orders

We ship to over 30 countries. International transit takes approximately 7–25 business days. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, your tracking link will be sent to the email on file. If you haven't received tracking within 4 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

Delivery Issues

For missing, lost, or damaged parcels, email support@ondine.shop within 14 days of expected delivery. Include your order number and photos where applicable.
